Getting Started with Inclivio
Welcome to Inclivio! This guide will help you set up your account and launch your first research project. Inclivio is designed to make creating, managing, and collecting data for research studies simple and efficient.
1. Create Your Account
To get started, navigate to the Sign Up page. Select I am a researcher to create a researcher account.

2. Create Your First Project
Projects are the core of Inclivio. A project contains all your surveys, schedules, and participants.
- From the Dashboard, click Projects in the left sidebar
- Click the Create New Project button
- Enter a unique project name. Your participants and collaborators will see this name. You can change this later. Learn more about anonymous projects here.

3. Add a billing method
Project owners are responsible for their project's funding. Collaborators are not able to view or change project funding. Funds can be added to a project either by attaching a credit card in the Billing page and funding your project on the Project Funding tab, or by contacting our support team to set up a custom funding arrangement.
