How do I change my participant's time zone?

You can update a participant's timezone in their profile settings within the project dashboard.

How do I prevent users from taking the same survey twice?

When a ping is marked as "complete" using our Survey Completion API, participants will not be directed to the same survey upon clicking again. If you are not using our Survey Completion API, you can use the numclicks survey parameter in your survey flow to route participants to the end of the survey if numclicks > 1 (or whatever value you prefer).

What is the best way to integrate with REDCap?

The best way to integrate REDCap with inclivio is to create two separate projects, one for your EMA surveys and another for the rest of your survey batteries. REDCap does not allow Inclivio to track the participant's REDCap record ID. In your separate EMA project wtihin REDCap, you will ignore the automatically generated record ID and instead use Inclivio's participantid to identify the participant for each response. You can keep a local crosswalk of the participant's REDCap record ID and their Inclivio participantid to link the two REDCap projects together or you can optionally add a custom survey parameter for each participant with their REDCap record ID, which will add their REDCap record ID into each response. What is the best way to integrate with Qualtrics?

The best way to integrate Qualtrics with inclivio is to create an "anonymous link" for your EMA survey and capture all EMA responses within one survey. It is optional but recommended to use Inclivio's Survey Completion API to mark pings as complete inside Inclivio once the participant has completed the survey. Learn more in our survey parameters documentation.

Yes! In account settings, under the "Security" tab, toggle on 'Two-factor authentication' and follow the instructions.

What is the Custom ID value in the participant page?

The customid value allows you to assign an identifier in addition to Inclivios participantid. This value can contain both numbers and letters, and is automatically sent as a survey parameter with each ping, which means it will be included in the response data at each assessment. Including a customid for each participant is especially helpful in an anonymous projects.

How do I share my projects with collaborators?

In the your project's page, click on the Collaborate tab and invite your collaborators by email. Your collaborators can have Read Only access (can view but not change project settings) or Read + Write access (can view and change project settings). See the Projects documentation for more information.
